I hadn’t had much of an exercise routine since my college tennis days, and working with her has really helped me get back into the swing of things. My progress really shows on the court, as well as helped to motivate me to make all-around healthier choices in my day to day life. “As a former college athlete I have been on a journey back to my old self. I have primarily used yoga as my form of exercise but I have been looking to take it up a notch without completely wearing myself in the process.
