Hi, I’m Sarah Tretter.

Sarah Tretter is a dedicated wellness coach, yoga teacher and personal trainer, specializing in helping individuals make lasting, sustainable changes to their lives. She is a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, through NASM and ISSA. She is also a 300 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with certification in Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga.

Her approach is rooted in the belief that true transformation can only come from small, consistent actions over time. She emphasizes the importance of learning discipline through slow, gradual change—breaking free from the fast-paced, often overwhelming world of quick fixes and fad diets.

Sarah’s coaching philosophy combines movement, mindfulness, and self-compassion. She works with clients to help them establish healthier routines, cultivate positive habits, and build mental resilience. Whether it's creating a personalized fitness plan, introducing clients to the benefits of yoga and meditation, or supporting them through their recovery journeys, Sarah's approach is holistic, compassionate, and deeply rooted in her own experiences.

Through workshops, one-on-one coaching, and group classes, Sarah inspires people to make lasting change in their lives, whether they are recovering from addiction, managing stress, or simply looking to live a healthier, more balanced life. Her own journey is a powerful reminder that no matter how lost we feel, change is always possible.
